Diseases such as measles, rubella, or infectious mononucleosis mumps can be characterized by the presence in the mouth of small lesions very discreet which often go unnoticed.
Others such as canker sores, herpes, chicken pox and shingles lesions lead to more visible, sometimes painful for some and thus more debilitating for the individual.
Canker sores
These are small painful ulcers preferably sitting on the lips, gums, cheek (inside), language.
Origin
Even if their causes are still unknown, their appearance is often simultaneous with the taking of certain foods (nuts, raisins, almonds, Gruyere…) or the occurrence of certain digestive disorders or linked to events such as physiological pregnancy or menstrual cycle.
