Caring for your skin naturally in pregnancy

Pregnancy is a time of hormonal changes and physical so that crosses every woman at some stage of their lives. During these months, it is difficult to continue using the same products for the face and body as it not only can contain ingredients that are unfit for the baby, but the flavorings can cause discomfort that makes it impossible to continue using them.

To help pregnant women to overcome the setbacks suffered by the skin during this very delicate stage of their lives, we present some alternatives that act as natural moisturizers and facial cleansers.

An ingredient found in any kitchen is the lemon. The lemon is good for treating stains or discoloration of the skin that appear during pregnancy.
